Dear Parents/Guardians,

Cordial Greetings from St. Paul’s School,

We are all aware of the lockdown all over the world due to Covid-19 Pandemic. It has brought in misery and suffering to the entire Global Community. We, as members of St. Paul’s Family, express our solidarity with the victims of Covid-19. Let us hope and believe that God will intervene in our lives at this critical juncture of human history and help us in this situation.

Let me now brief you about some of the important issues which need our immediate attention.

Online ClassesI would like to thank all the parents for their enthusiastic support to our Online Classes from I to VIII and teaching material made available to all the students of Classes LKG to XII through the School’s Website and the Next Education Smart Classes. The Study Material has been shared since April 18, 2020. Study Material for Classes IX, X & XII is being uploaded from 24-Apr-2020. Our teachers are working consistently and providing appropriate content keeping the students engaged meaningfully in Academics. It is heartening to note the support provided by the parents to their children and teachers at this difficult time. We are grateful to you. The online classes will continue till further notification is issued from the government regarding summer holidays.

Syllabus and Period Test -IThe syllabus and the exam Time-Table for PT-I will be framed keeping in mind the present scenario and the available number of working days without burdening the students. Such decision can be taken only after the school reopens for the new academic session.

School FeesKeeping in mind the financial situation of the parents due to Covid-19, the School Management has decided not to increase the school fees for the academic year 2020-21. The fees will remain as that of last year. The fee structure will be uploaded in the school website.

Summer Holidays & Reopening of the school: Nothing is certain at this juncture. We will wait for government notification regarding summer holidays and re-opening of school. Accordingly the management will issue further instructions.

Please be assured that the management is conscious and aware of the difficulties faced by each one of you and stands in solidarity with the entire St. Paul’s family.

I wish you all good health and am confident that together we will tide over these times. Stay Home & Be safe!
