Dear Parents/Guardians,

Cordial Greetings. Hope all of you are keeping well by the grace of God. I would like to thank all of you once again for your wholehearted support to our online classes and teaching material made available to all the students of our school through the school’s official Website and WhatsApp groups. Let us be prepared to face the uncertain future. Let me brief you about the forth coming events.

Summer Vacation:  The Summer vacation for all classes will begin from Saturday, May 23, 2020. The online classes will be discontinued during summer vacation. However, the students are encouraged to spend significant time in regular studies, completing the pending work/projects and other related creative work. Holiday home work will be given by the respective teachers. I would encourage every child to develop healthy reading habit in order to be relevant and smart. Read-Reflect-Share-Act should become the life paradigm of a Paulian.

Re-Opening of the school: As mentioned earlier, nothing is certain at this juncture. However, all the students should mentally be prepared to resume regular school life from Wednesday, July 1, 2020. Various suggestions are being proposed to HRD Ministry with regard to the opening of the schools all over the country. We will wait for the official notification from the government in this regard.

Resumption of Online Notes/Materials for classes IX-XII:

Students must go through the Online Notes and other materials made available on the School Website as and when updated.

Resumption of online classes for classes I-VIII: In case the school does not reopen in July, the second round of online classes for I-VIII will resume from Wednesday, July 1, 2020 till the school reopens.

It will be mandatory for all the students to attend the classes. Attendance will be taken.

Submission of Note Books/Worksheets: All the Note Books and Worksheets need to be submitted to your respective teachers for assessment when the regular classes resume. All the students are requested to complete the worksheets and preserve them subject wise in a file.

Periodic Test I (PT): In case regular classes resume from July 1, 2020, PT I will be conducted for all classes in the month of July 2020. Otherwise online assessment will be conducted. The details of the online assessment will be shared with you well in advance.

Office Timing during Summer Vacation: The school office will remain open on all working days from 7.30 am to 12.30 pm once the lockdown period is lifted up. In case you visit the school campus, kindly follow the safety norms.
